Braces Tracker - the best braces companion app

My fiance, Dr. Brittany Link, and I collaborated on a mobile app to make life easier for orthodontic patients going through the journey of braces. You can track your smile progress, track daily tasks, plan bracket colors, and much more!

I built the app in Flutter with an AWS backend.

The app is available in the iOS App Store, and the Google Play Store. You can check out the app website for updates!

Past Projects

coBlossom - a digital world for couples

My co-founder, David Klippel, and I set out with a mission to help busy couples stay connected throughout the day. We're building a digital world for couples to learn and play together.

I built the app in Flutter with some modular web-based components from cross-platform compatibility. I leveraged the Flame Engine for game mechanics. The backend is primarily built on AWS Amplify.

We've temporarily pulled the app from the app stores for some large-scale updates, so check out our website for the latest news.

Realtime 3D Object Shattering

My classmate, Tony Adkins, and I were tasked with researching and implementing an algorithm for a final project. Naturally, we chose a topic important to gaming. We decided to implement a 3D mesh shattering algorithm.

We took a 3D Voronoi cell-based approach. The simulator was implemented in C++ using the Qt framework to build a UX.

Augmented Space Invaders

My former colleague, Tim McConnell, and I took on the challenge of a hackathon. We wanted to test the gaming applications of the HoloLens.

We built a basic, space-invaders-style game built on Unity and the AR kit.

Travel videos

I've been blessed with the opportunity to travel to incredible places, and I've started creating travel videos. Check out what I've published so far on my YouTube channel.
